This past summer, Give Back in Illinois and New York kicked off their first ever book club. Scholars came together to discuss Sherman Alexie’s The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian. The book tackles the typical challenges of a teenager, all with a humorous twist on adolescence, sports, and being apart of multiple communities.
